About
Muta is a platform that lets product teams ship onboarding flows without code. You design with drag-and-drop, import from Figma, and publish directly to production apps — no new builds. Analytics and A/B testing help iterate quickly.
We collaborated with Muta to clarify value, streamline messaging, and structure a product site that speaks to founders, PMs, and mobile engineers. The narrative focuses on speed to value — Figma-to-production in under a minute — and on outcomes: higher activation and retention via fast iteration, experiments, and in-app analytics.
How it started?
Muta began when its founder, Michael Foster, noticed the same recurring problem across early-stage startups: improving onboarding was slow, engineering-dependent, and required new builds and reviews for changes that should take minutes. Teams kept missing the chance to convert users in the first seconds of the experience, not because of lack of ideas, but because execution was stuck behind technical friction.
Michael envisioned a different approach: onboarding as a living, iterative layer that teams can design, test, and deploy without code – almost as easily as editing a Figma file. Muta was built to give product teams the power to launch variations instantly, learn from real user behavior, and adapt flows through A/B testing and analytics, turning onboarding from a static gate into a continuous growth engine.
Powered by a no-code, experimentation-driven system, Muta lets teams design, test, and launch onboarding flows in minutes, turning first-time user activation into a fast, iterative process.
